  • the duration of the service will be the one selected at purchase;
  • any limits shown in the offer, such as number of questions per day or service period, are part of the purchase;
  • support is intended for practical travel guidance only.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the WhatsApp support service does not include legal advice, immigration advice, medical advice, emergency assistance, or guaranteed real-time availability at every hour of the day.

We may refuse requests that are abusive, unlawful, unrelated to the service purchased, or unsafe to answer responsibly.

6. One-on-one session

If you purchase a one-on-one session:

  • the session length, format, and scope will be described on the relevant product page;
  • you are responsible for joining on time using the instructions provided;
  • the session is intended for informational travel-related guidance unless expressly stated otherwise.

Unless otherwise stated on the product page:

  • rescheduling may be allowed with advance notice;
  • missed sessions, last-minute cancellations, or no-shows will be considered completed and non-refundable;
  • arriving late may reduce the effective duration of the session.

Due to the personalized and time-based nature of one-on-one sessions, all sales are final. Except where required by applicable law, no refunds will be issued once the session has started or has been completed. Any permitted rescheduling does not entitle you to a refund.

7. Refunds, cancellations and service guarantee

At Argentina Survival Guide, we are committed to providing high-quality digital resources and professional travel guidance. To maintain our operational standards and handle international transactions efficiently, we apply the following unified policy:

  • All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products and services — including immediate access to digital content (such as PDFs and guides) and the reservation of dedicated professional time (such as one-on-one sessions and WhatsApp support) — all purchases are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
  • Digital content: once the download link or access to any digital product has been provided, the service is considered fully rendered and consumed. If you experience technical issues or receive a corrupted file, contact us promptly so we can provide a functional replacement.
  • Time-based services (including one-on-one sessions and WhatsApp support) involve personalized preparation and a reserved time slot that prevents us from booking other clients.
  • Rescheduling: if you cannot attend a scheduled session, you may request to reschedule at no additional cost if you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Any credit for a rescheduled session remains valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
  • Late cancellations and no-shows: sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, are considered completed and are not eligible for rescheduling, credit, or refund.

We stand behind the value of our work. If you are not satisfied with the support received or if there is a misunderstanding regarding the scope of a service, please contact us. We will make reasonable efforts to work with you toward a fair solution and help keep your travel planning on track.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that, due to the immediate delivery of digital assets and the dedicated professional time reserved for consultations and support, all transactions are final and non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

8. User responsibilities

By using the Site, you agree:

  • to use it lawfully and in good faith;
  • not to misuse the Site or our services;
  • not to provide false or misleading information;
  • not to copy, scrape, reproduce, or exploit our content beyond permitted personal use;
  • not to interfere with the proper functioning of the Site.
